Q. Are you a manufacture or trading company?

A. We are a hotel products supplier with manufactuer

Q. Do I have to pay online?

A. No, we have company account , you can pay us with Telephone transfer or western union.

Q. Is there a minimum order request?

A. No ,there is no minimum request but depending on if we have in stock 

Q. What's your products return policy?

A.  If your receive a damaged or faulty product , we will arrange for it to be repaired or replaced for you.A refund is only available if the product is no longer avaiable.

Products damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the products

 If you receive a product that you think is defective , you are to immediately contact our customer service team who may provisionally determine whether the product is defective . You have 15 days from the date of delivery to report a defective products

Where a product is provisionally determined to be defective we will arrange to replace the products

If the product is deemed by customer service/supplier NOT to be defective, we may , in ourabsolute discretion, refuse to replace the product or offer a refund

 We reserve the right to test any returned defective products , if the condition of the goods was misrepresented to us by the clients 

Q. How quick is delivery?

A. Most orders are delivered within 15 to 20 working days after details confirmation and deposit received .

Q. How do I know when my order is finihsed ?

A. When all goods finished , we will send products picture and details photo to check and confirm

Q. What's your products warranty?

A.  All hotel hospitality items sold are covered by our 1 year manufactures warranty
